Do you ever feel like there aren't enough hours in the day to meet the mental health needs of yourself, let alone your students?
You're burnt out, drowning in paperwork, and maybe even feeling isolated in your role as a school social worker or counselor.
I see you, friend.
Because I was you. But the best part is, you're here now. And you don't have to do it alone.
I’m Heather, and I’m here to help you with managing your caseload and supporting mental health needs with your students without sacrificing your personal & family time.
I know what it’s like to drown in paperwork, be on the edge of burnout and feel like there are not enough hours of the day to meet the mental health needs of your students. I truly believe it’s possible to engage students, create organization systems and provide mental health support without sacrificing your personal & family time.
This is why I create easy, low prep resources and activities rooted in evidenced based practices plus organizational tools to help you leave at contract time without feeling guilty.
